What personal data do we process and where do we obtain it from?
The personal data that we process is the data that you provide to us when you complete the event registration form, in the context of any other event in which you have participated, or that we have obtained from publicly available sources in order to invite you. We will also process your image and/or voice that appears in photographs and videos taken during the OBREAL Global event you attend.
For what purposes we treat your data?
The information provided will be treated for the following purposes:
a) Sending the invitation to the event.
b) Management of your participation in the event and its organization and logistics.
c) Controlling access to our facilities.
d) Editing videos and audiovisual pieces and their subsequent dissemination in online and offline media -your corporate website, intranet and social networking profiles-, in order to carry out image campaigns and promotion of the brand “OBREAL Global”.
e) In some cases, to send you a satisfaction survey about the event.
