On March 30th, 31st and April 1st OBREAL-Global will participate as a special guest at the General Conference of ENLACES (Latin American and Caribbean Higher Education Area)
During the meeting, OBREAL Global will discuss with ENLACES member associations and institutions a common strategic agenda oriented both to the regional construction in Latin America and the Caribbean and to an interregional agenda.
