On the 11th and 12th of May, took place in Eldoret (Kenya) the Kick.off Meeting of the DigiGrad AFRICA project in which OBREAL Global collaborates intensively in support of the coordination of the project by the African Network for the Internationalisation of Education (ANIE). This event was preceded on the 10th by an intensive project meeting between ANIE and OBREAL Global on organisational and management issues which was shared at the subsequent KOM with all partners.
In the KOM, the contents of the bilateral agreements between coordination and partners were agreed upon, which regulate the specific rights and obligations of each partner, with respect to the work to be carried out and its economic consideration. As well as the specific details agreed between the partners to ensure the quality of the project results.
The groundwork has also been laid for the development of the deliverables for the months of May and June. The acceleration of the graphic image and templates of the project has also been requested in order to be able to produce the first deliverables with the corporate symbology of the project.
The KOM has also allowed us to work on team dynamics through teamworking sessions with local facilitators, resulting in an enriching experience that has generated complicity among the partners. We are starting a journey with great enthusiasm and excitement on the part of the entire consortium.
